Vision! This marvelous client had oodles of it and a keen eye for great design to boot! I was over the moon to work with him and his wonderful collection of antiques and art that he had so thoughtfully curated over the years. We had a terrific time selecting finishes such as tile, bath fixtures, lighting and furnishings that helped bring his vision of a “contemporary Scandinavian” to life. We started with the guest house and then on to the main house, warming up a clean, light palette that highlighted his varied art, with diverse species of wood, textured fabrics and rugs, and crisp pops of color and pattern. The result is truly striking, elegant and comfortable.
